I Miss You

Today marks the one year anniversary of the passing of my cherished cat, and friend, Shazaam.
There's nothing outwardly eco-friendly about this post, but I wanted to highly recommend cat ownership in tribute to the best cat ever.

Shazaam taught me to slow down and take naps, she forced me to meditate when she wouldn't budge from sleeping in my lap and all I could do was wait for her to wake up, (this was pre-baby of course!), she taught me that a simple cardboard box is often the best toy, and she pointed out every patch of sunshine that filtered into our house by rolling around in it and then falling asleep under the rays.

So my dear friend, I hope you are somewhere happily jumping in green grass, chewing catnip and scratching cardboard. I miss you.
