When Can We Move In?

Check out the awesome swing in this San Francisco abode. Everyone in my family loves to ride on swings- from the kids to the adults, and I can't imagine anything more fun than having one in the living room to hop on and get that fun "weeeee" feeling in your tummy at any time of day!

Eco aspects of this residence: "...a solid, butcher-block stairway and bridge was built using salvaged floorboards from the existing attic floor. Recycled and salvaged lumber, denim insulation, no VOC finishes and radiant heat floor contribute to the ethos of this former hippie flat."
