Put on your Pedoodles: Today is International Walk to School Day!
Today, October 8th is International Walk to School Day. Walking your kids to school will help diminish traffic pollution, and it's a great way to carve out bonding time and log some exercise for the whole family. Why not take things a step further down the emerald path by walking to school in eco-friendly shoes?
Pedoodles shoes are darling, 'green' shoes made out of recycled materials which are free of harmful toxins and chemicals. Shown above are my favorite pair of Pedoodles called Petal Jumpers. They're sassy and sweet and I love that they are versatile enough to be worn with a dress for a special event, or with shorts while running around the playground. Pedoodles shoes are equipped with a special design feature called "PedFlex," which is a soft, flexible, lightweight, flat rubber sole that provides, "protection, durability, and traction," all things that kids need most in a shoe.
Pedoodles has announced that all of their new styles for 2008 are eco-friendly. What a great leap into eco-mindedness! Pedoodles pairs style with substance throughout all of their collections. Whether your little one is crawling, walking or running, there is a shoe that will fit their level of advancement and highlight their personality. Their charming designs include froggies, doggies, ladybugs, flowers, hearts and butterflies. Little boys will look so dapper in a pair of their Tuxedo shoes, and their Red Bowler shoes are too cute for words!
The Pedoodles tagline is: "Show Everyone Your Character." These shoes make quite a statement in both the fashion sense and the earth loving sense.
