NEW! Klean Kanteen's Wide Insulated Bottle is My New Best Friend

klean kanteen, klean kanteen wide insulated, klean kanteen bottles, klean kanteen insulated bottle, reusable stainless steel water bottlesHow many times has someone asked you if you've consumed enough water in any given day? It has been a constant goal of mine to drink the required ounces, and I even have the half empty glasses strewn about our household to mark my attempts. Now that I have the Klean Kanteen Wide Insulated bottle, drinking from it all day long has been a breeze. I carry this thing everywhere! It's like the traveling gnome in the vacation photos, except that it's woven into the fabric of my daily life.

Due to its vacuum insulation and double-walled construction, this amazing bottle keeps iced drinks cold for 24 hours and hot drinks hot for 6 hours! I have tested it on both notes and it really does work. I like that I can just toss a few ice cubes into the wide-mouth of the bottle and drink from it throughout the day and have it taste exactly like it did when I poured it. And the keeping drinks hot feature is so great because I have tossed countless mugs of cold tea into the sink after being distracted by mommy or household duties... but now I can pour tea into the bottle and it will stay hot for 6 hours. (And if I can't get to it by then, something is very wrong!) And instead of using paper cups at your coffee house of choice, tote your Klean Kanteen and filler up to keep your drink hot and save the planet from all of those disposable cups!

The cafe' cap is my favorite lid option, because it has a sliding component which allows you to open or close the hole in the cap -- also ideal for parents whose kids are prone to climbing onto counters to tip over drinks. (ahem, that would be my little monkey)

I'll close by saying that I own many, many reusable water bottles and NONE have as clean of a taste as the aptly named Klean Kanteen. It is made purely of stainless steel and has no questionable inner lining to worry about leaching BPA or other chemicals into your drink. I love that I can't taste the bottle itself, which has always been an issue for me until now.

So, put this bottle on your wish list or treat yourself to one and you'll have a hydrating friend for life!

Klean Kanteen's Sippy Cup Gets An Awesome Makeover

Klean Kanteen's NEW AND IMPROVED sippy cups!
I've said it before, and I'll say it again: Klean Kanteens are by far the best reusable bottles on the market. You can read my previous posts which express my affinity for these amazing stainless steel bottles, which we use in our household daily, here.

My kids have been using Klean Kanteen sippy cups for the past four years -- and any parent knows, that means I have assembled, taken apart and cleaned these sippy cups at least 400 billion times. Since Klean Kanteen is such an amazing company, they don't rest on their laurels. Instead, they constantly look for ways to improve their products and increase customer satisfaction.

Case in point, the Klean Kanteen sippy cup just got an awesome new makeover! See the image after the read more break, of the original sippy cups so you can compare it to the image above and understand the new, improved features.

Klean Kanteen Sippy Cup: The Mother of All Stainless Steel Sippy Cups

I was surprisingly late jumping onto the Klean Kanteen bandwagon, but I'm happy to have recently purchased the 12 oz. Kid Kanteen sippy cup for Olivia. Prior to this purchase, we had been using BPA-free plastic sippy cups, but I love that by design, the Kid Kanteen keeps beverages cold, especially during these warm summer months.

There are many stainless steel sippy cup options on the market, but I thought it was vital to buy one that contained absolutely no aluminum or unspecified interior lining. The Kid Kanteen is BPA-free and made of food-grade stainless steel. It's sippy lid (cap and spout) is made of polypropylene (pp#5) and is also free of BPA.

The Kid Kanteen is 100% recyclable, and it won't leach any weird flavors into your kid's juice or water. You can fit ice cubes into the large round opening on top, and it's easy to clean, and dishwasher safe.

I also love that the Kid Kanteen is super lightweight, but sturdy and indestructible. It's well designed and aesthetically appealing too, available in a variety of hues.

I did wince slightly as I shelled out $20 for the Kid Kanteen, but justified the purchase with the knowledge that it will last for many years and may also be handed down. I think Kid Kanteens would make great gifts too- so next time you're stumped on what to get for the little ones in your life, reach for a Kid Kanteen!

Klean Kanteen Wide Mouth Insulated Bottles Available in Fun Colors

Remember when I wrote about Klean Kanteen's new wide insulated bottles, and how they were my new best friend? Well, now they are available in cool colors including: black eclipse, deep purple, forever coral, and monterey blue.

I recently treated myself to a sparkly new Klean Kanteen wide insulated in deep purple. Since chilly days are here, and most of us will be enjoying even more coffee and tea than we regularly do, buy one of these reusable bottles so you can save all of those paper cups from entering the landfill due to your coffee and tea runs. Most coffee houses even give discounts now when you bring in your own reusable cup or bottle -- so you can save money while you save the earth.

And don't forget, these bottles keep hot drinks hot for SIX hours! Which is a God-send when you pour your tea, only to get distracted by a diaper-change, a dryer buzzing, lunch-making... you name it.

*No, I am not paid to endorse Klean Kanteen -- I simply love their products!

Kid Kanteen BPA-Free Stainless Steel Baby Bottle

By now you know of my absolute adoration for Klean Kanteen stainless steel reusable bottles. I have raved about their wide-mouth insulated bottles here and here, and about their sippy cups here. I guess you could call me their unofficial spokesperson with how much I go on and on about their products -- but I'm just a huge fan because they are so well made, non-toxic, reliable, unbeatable, and eco-friendly.

Pura's Kiki Stainless Steel Toddler Bottle is an Ideal Transition to a Sippy Cup

Stainless steel is my favorite choice of material for bottles and sippy cups, and Pura's Kiki 100% plastic-free reusable bottles for babies and kids feature the clever and convenient ability to grow with your child from the infant through the toddler stage with a simple switch of the spout. Since kids get so attached to their bottle, you can transition them with ease from an infant bottle to a toddler bottle, by replacing the silicone nipple with a silicone sip spout.
